I wonder why the people in the world are currently massively deficient in Vitamin D? Nice scam that one huh? And I had a mate die of skin cancer. But he was sun crazy every day no sun screen ever 30 years and it got him. But the Sun is better for us than bad we realize this.
Too much sun is bad for some people but it's also inconsistent sun exposure that prevent your level from being in the optimal range. It's catch 22. Just have to be smart about the amount of sun exposure along with vitamin D supplement during the winter. Look around... why are we relatively hairless compared to mammals? Monkey, apes, etc have a fur. Why don't we have them? Why can't we tolerate cold weather? Makes you wonder...
My Dr actually told me to go in the Sun more, I was Vit D deficient. I did so a bit, and it improved somewhat, but still not enough, im kind of a whitey. So he told me to take a Vit D Supplement, and guess what? Its the same one HE takes :lmao: Because he is also Vitamin D deficient, and this is a 59yo Dr who is rich who goes to Solarium's etc could have anything he wanted. I also found drinking un-homogenized milk increased my D level by about 20.
yeah, air pollution in large cities can block UVB sunlight from reaching you. How much it blocks UVB, I have no idea. I can't seem to find specific information for that. Anyway, it's a good thing you got a doctor that actually did something about vitamin D. Most don't seem to be aware of this health problem... yet. I heard about vitamin D a few years ago how it would prevent cold, flu, etc. I thought it was BS but I was tired of catching cold and it took forever to get over it so I tried it. 3 years and I'm still waiting for that sinus infection to show up that I get every year brought on by cold... It works.:banana2:
And its funny how the C02 tards, aren't actually concerned about real air pollution...... Vitamin D supplementation could be a health problem in itself. As it gives the body to much calcium, calcium and arteries aren't a happy pair......
