This line of research chills me to the bone. They'd want to be careful because if you release some mutant insect into the wild it is very hard to track and locate it if something goes wrong, like if they accidentally create a super virus or something. Or interfere with the food chain. Who knows really. They're creating new creatures by way of experimentals, which by nature is a "lets try this and see what happens" kind of thing. Anyways, check out the mutant mosquitoes and their glowing eyes.
