This has to be the worst thing a parent can suffer !! The courts are a FARCE !!! There's NO justice in this world. This is a video I produced out of frustration: :1dunno1:
Can you hire a private investigator to find out what 'daddy' is up to, where he is taking the child while he is at work, and the daughter can walk in, and take the child home. It will have to be well thought out, if it is at a private residence, she will have to take the police, if its a day care, she can take the court orders, and then not leave until she has her child.
We haven't tried the PI yet, but lots of friends have been staking out the father's house, his wife's work, his parents home, etc. My daughter always requests police escort when she goes looking for her son - so she can't be charged with "stalking" or "harassment". My son-in-law and I went to the x-son-in-law's parents home about six weeks ago. Logan was there, but the paternal grandmother wouldn't let us talk to him. We DID see him in the window. We left, called the Sheriff, went back to the home WITH the Sheriff, but the grandmother had left with little Logan. The Sheriff deputy said, if Logan had been there, he would have arrested the paternal grandmother on the spot for "interference of custody". I just don't understand how this can happen.... The father is thumbing his nose at a "court order" and he's getting away with it (for now, anyway). My daughter's attorney is filing separate contempt charges for EVERY week that my daughter isn't able to find her son for her parenting time. This man will probably face a very long jail sentence, unless the courts are as corrupt as he is !!
