[quote:Anonymous Coward 1398175:MV8xNTAzMzc0XzI0NzkzODI0XzQyQjEzMTJC] [quote:Anonymous Coward 1368376] Feng Shui is a science that directly reflects how we perceive, use, and perhaps most imporantly how we leave our environment. People living in lower, self defeating consciousness are messy, unclean and unorganized, and their environment reflects that. Since I started using principles of feng shui, it has made a big time difference in my life flowing so much smoother. Why this isn't taught in elementary school is simply one more testament to how much oru societal systems fail at prioritizing towards intelligent, life affirming practices and reflections.
WHAT???? Umm... no! Feng Shui, directly translated into English(& I feel a bit silly writing this with someone actually from China around) means Wind Water. I think(& I must admit, this is my 2 cents worth, based on my studies in acupuncture) I think it would have started off simple, as in, 'don't build your house too close to the river, because the first flood will wash it away' & 'don't build in a valley, the first big wind will blow it into the next kingdom', but I think it has got a bit airy fairy since then, probably to sell new age books. But having said that, I think it does become more subtle in nature, a bit like acupuncture for a house. The problem I have found is that there are so many different books with different & even contradicting opinions that it is like all the different books on dream interpretation. I mean, not sleeping under a roofing beam, well, lots of earthquakes in Asia, right? Just remember, Wind Water.
Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese science originating from over 3000 years ago.
It studies the energy circulation in nature as well as the effect of the living environment on people.
For centuries, the Chinese, even people from other country have been utilizing Feng Shui at their residential and business premises as an aid to help them achieve the desired well-being, success, happiness, health and longevity.
