I went outside for a few minutes just now. Clear day 12 degrees and snow is melting, but it is also snowing at the same time. Snow should not be melting at 12 degrees, and with no clouds there shouldn't be snow falling.
Took a pic with my phone to see if the light snow would show, and it does.
