Original Message The bodies of 13 men and 2 women were found near Matamoros Mexico (across from Brownsville Texas) along the highway between Matamoros and Ciudad Victoria Thursday July 29th. They had been tortured and killed. Their hands were tied behind their backs with plastic tie straps. They had the letter "Z" painted on their shirts. No further info is available at this time.
