Uncle Intel: Gov't has tasked 2 thinktank firms to create tech that monitors cars thru tinted windows

The early woman who was shot and killed by who she thought was her Uber driver has caused a deep rooted hatred for gangsters in cars and a lot of politicians are now finding ways to deal with them...with tech.

I heard from 2 very valid sources that two legal and 4 tech firms have been tasked by the government to develop tech to find out what gangsters are inside cars as potential threats.
